General Parking
There will be limited paid parking available as indicated on the map for $15.
- Lewvan Gate: Walk-in, drop-off, accessible parking, and limited
paid parking. - Princess Street Gate: Walk-in, drop-off, and paid parking entrance.
Paid parking is available next to the Cooperators Centre on a firstcome-first-served basis. - 10th Ave/George Reed Way: Walk-in, dropoff. There is no paid parking through this entrance.
- Additional paid parking is available at the Lawson Sportplex
(Fieldhouse/Lawson Aquatic Centre) and historic Mosaic Stadium for
$10 (limited parking available) at indicated lots only.
*Exception on August 6 prior to the Roughriders game day kick-of
City Transit
During the QCX, if you show your QCX Admission you can ride Regina City Transit and Paratransit for free!
After the game, Rider Transit, which usually ends at 9 pm, will be extended to 11 pm to accommodate the crowd watching Sloan at the Original 16 Stage in Confederation Park.

Bag Check
There is a bag check located at the Elphinstone Gate for $5/bag for
the day. Check your bag and stay all day!

Know Before You Go
- Patrons must be 19 years or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages.
- Proper photo identification is required to purchase any alcoholic beverage.
- REAL reserves the right to check proof of legal drinking age.
- Guests will not be permitted to enter the fairgrounds if they are visibly intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behaviour will result in removal from the premises without refund.
- A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase is permitted. The per-purchase limit may be reduced or increased without prior notice and sales may be discontinued at any time, at the discretion management.
- As per SLGA licensing, it is illegal to have in your possession liquor that was not purchased within the building.
- Any guest found to be in possession of liquor not purchased within the building will have that liquor confiscated and not returned, and the guest will be denied entry or removed.
- Any guest who does not cooperate with security in regards to this offence will be turned over to the Regina Police Service for removal from the fair.

For clarity, the items listed below are not meant to be all inclusive, but to be helpful in your preparations for event day. If you are unsure of whether or not an item is permitted, please call the Brandt Centre box office at (306) 781-9300 or email [email protected] to confirm. The list of allowed and prohibited items may change on an event-by-event basis. If any changes to this list are required for an event, all fans will be notified prior to the event via email. Please note there will be no storage available for your items.
Items permitted:
- Individual snacks for children or required for medical reasons
- Empty thermos or sealed water bottle no larger than one litre
- Binoculars
- Lawn chairs – Wednesday’s Regina Symphony Orchestra and Fireworks ONLY
- Small cameras and video recorders are normally allowed as long as they do not interfere with the other patrons’ enjoyment of the event.
- Images must be for personal use only.
- Images must not be used for commercial purposes without the permission of REAL District.
Items prohibited:
- Alcohol or illegal substances
- Coolers and outside food and beverages
- Opened bottles, cans or glass containers
- Mechanically enhanced noisemakers such as air horns or sirens
- Remote-controlled vehicles including drones or other aerial vehicles
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller skates
- Motorized vehicles except for mobility aids
- Pets (except for registered service animals)
- Laser pointers or pens
- Weapons and dangerous devices such as explosives, handcuffs,
tools, knives, martial arts instruments, etc. - Any other items security personnel determines could be illegal or
dangerous to other guests - Any unauthorized advertising
There are no limitations on bag type or size for QCX. However, every bag will undergo inspection. Those attending QCX as well as the Rider Game on August 6, please be aware of the elevated bag restrictions specific to Mosaic Stadium outlined as follows:
- One clear bag per fan that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″
- Rider branded clear bags are available for purchase at the Rider Store or at any of the QCX bag check service kiosks on either side Mosaic Stadium
- One clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) not exceeding 12”x6”x12”
- One small clutch bag, approximately the size of a hand, (not exceeding 4.5”x6.5”) with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags
- Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the gate
- Bags that do not meet the permitted criteria can be checked at the bag check kiosks located outside on either side of Mosaic Stadium
Per City of Regina Smoking Bylaw No. 2017-20, smoking and the use of tobacco, cannabis and smoking related products is prohibited in:
- Confederation Park and all of REAL District’s open spaces
- All indoor areas
- All outdoor public event spaces, such as the QCX fairgrounds footprint
Smoking is permitted on roads, sidewalks, and parking lots outside of the QCX fairgrounds footprint.
REAL District also reserves the right to refuse entrance and/or service to guests who appear to be under the influence of cannabis. Those who require cannabis for medicinal purposes may consume cannabis at REAL District if proper medical documentation is displayed.
The Queen City Ex will allow all forms of payment. Cash, Credit, Debit and Apple and Google Pay will all be accepted. There will also be ATMs onsite.
REAL District is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Regina and the Regina International Airport, which makes it the perfect location for events. The property is also located on a City of Regina bus route.
Those who choose to travel to and from QCX or to the Riders Game on Sunday, August 6 by electric scooter are asked to utilize the following drop off and pick up locations.
Throughout the day, attendees will have the freedom to enter and exit as they wish with a stamp from the gates.
It is important to note there is a strict NO re-entry policy at Mosaic Stadium for the Riders Game on Sunday, August 6. Once guests choose to leave, they will NOT be permitted to re-enter the stadium.
First Aid Stations are available at Viterra International Trade Centre – Office C, Brandt Centre Main Office, and roaming. There will also be roving medical personnel in the district.

Please be advised that food on the premises may contain dairy, eggs, wheat, soybean, nut, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. Due to the possibility of ingredient transfer that can occur in the production process, we recommend that anyone with a severe food allergy refrain from consuming our products. The welfare of our guests is our first concern and we thank you for your understanding.
Drop-offs for the event are at any entrance. During or after the event, pick-ups will occur at the same locations. City of Regina Transit Service is available for FREE with QCX Admission Pass.

Trained service animals are welcome in any REAL facility to assist guests with disabilities. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. The service animal is required to rest in the seating area of the guest, not in any aisles.
REAL recommends that guests contact the Guest Services Team at (306) 781-9200 or [email protected] in advance of their event to ensure we can appropriately accommodate the needs of the guests and his or her animal.
All other animals or pets are prohibited from REAL District facilities.
The REAL District has a no refund, no exchange policy on tickets for all events.
Security and medical staff are on-site at every event from start to end.
If you feel you need security help or medical assistance, do not hesitate to approach someone. Security staff can be identified wearing orange security shirts.
REAL District security is managed in-house and prides itself on providing professional protective services for all stakeholders. REAL District security is available by calling our Security Dispatch Operations Centre at 306-789-REAL (7325).
As per the City of Regina Smoking Bylaw No. 2017-20, smoking is prohibited within 10 meters of all doorways and air intakes. This includes electronic cigarettes and chewing tobacco.
Violations will result in immediate ejection from the property.
For the majority of events, children aged two and above must purchase a ticket to enter the fair. Those children under the age of two do not need to purchase a ticket.
