What is the REAL District?
Located in the heart of Regina, Saskatchewan, the REAL District is Canada’s largest interconnected event complex and serves as the central hub for sport, business, and entertainment in the community. Spanning 100 acres, it is operated by the Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL), a not-for-profit organization.
The REAL District is the venue for most of Regina’s major events, including Canada’s Farm Show (CFS), Queen City Ex (QCX) & Canadian Western Agribition (CWA).
It is also home to several of Regina’s key sports teams and organizations, including Saskatchewan Roughriders (CFL), Regina Pats (WHL), Futbol Club Regina, University of Regina Cougars, Hockey Regina and many local minor and recreational sports organizations!
In addition, the REAL District regularly hosts concerts, trade shows, conventions, and a wide variety of community events year-round.
Our Venues
AffinityPlex
The AffinityPlex is Regina’s premier multi-purpose indoor facility, with capacity for up to 7,000 guests. Hosting more than 300 events each year, it is home to Futbol Club Regina, the WCP Cup, and a wide range of sporting and community events.
Avana Centre
The Avana Centre is a multi-sport facility featuring two versatile courts for basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, futsal, and more. It also houses the VolleyBarn, Queen City Pickleball Hub, The Dugout, and the Regina Skateboarding Coalition’s indoor skate park.
Brandt Centre
Located in the heart of Regina, the 6,000-seat Brandt Centre is home to the WHL Regina Pats. Featuring executive skyboxes and full-service concessions, it regularly hosts world-class concerts, sporting events, and community celebrations.
Bunge International Trade Centre
The Bunge International Trade Centre is a versatile venue designed for trade shows, consumer events, large meetings, and catered functions of all kinds. Opened in November 2017, it connects nearly every building within REAL District — with the exception of Mosaic Stadium — making the District one of the largest interconnected event complexes of its kind in Canada.
Co-operators Centre
The Co-operators Centre is a six-arena sports complex offering year-round facilities for ice and ball hockey, ringette, figure skating, broomball, lacrosse, volleyball, and more.
Mosaic Stadium
Mosaic Stadium, home of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, delivers an outstanding event experience with wider individual seats, a sunken bowl for easier access, expansive concourses, and a variety of concessions and hospitality options.
Queensbury Convention Centre
Located in the heart of Regina at REAL District, the Queensbury Convention Centre offers 40,000 sq. ft. of flexible space for conventions, trade shows, meetings, and special events. Originally part of the historic Queensbury Downs harness racing site, the facility has evolved into one of Saskatchewan’s premier event destinations.
