Adult Hockey League Presented by Original 16
The CCHL’s Adult Hockey League is an affiliate league of Canlan Sports Adult Safe Hockey League (ASHL). All games are played at the Co-operators Centre in Regina. With both a winter and a summer league, and you can get on the ice and play year round!

Summer Adult Hockey League
SEASON RUNS: May – August
FORMAT: 5 on 5, 3 x 13 stop time periods
AGES: 19+
GENDER: Co-ed
SKILL LEVEL: B, C1, C2, D1, D2, E
GAMES: 16-game guaranteed, including a minimum of two (2) playoff games.
Registration begins in March!
Winter Adult Hockey League
MEN’S LEAGUE
SEASON RUNS: September – April
FORMAT: 5 on 5, 3 x 13 stop time periods
AGES: 19+
SKILL LEVEL: B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, D2, E
GAMES: 30-game guaranteed, including a minimum of two (2) playoff games.
Registration begins in July!
Winter Adult Hockey League
WOMEN’S LEAGUE
SEASON RUNS: September – April
FORMAT: 5 on 5, 3 x 13 stop time periods
AGES: 19+
SKILL LEVEL: B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, D2, E
GAMES: 30-game guaranteed, including a minimum of two (2) playoff games.
Registration begins in July!

- Access to Player’s Bench & Canlan Stats which includes team schedules, live stats, online payments, player attendance tracking, game reminders, team messaging, and more!
- On-site staff for each game
- Divisional parity for all experience levels
- Hockey Canada and Adult Safe Hockey Network certified officials
- Insurance coverage with Hockey Canada
- Prizes for team representatives and facility champions
- Opportunity to advance to extended playoffs against other Adult Safe Hockey Leagues and Adult Safe Hockey Network Affiliate Leagues
Registration Instructions
Team Registration
- Go to bench.ashl.ca and select Team Rep. Your registration will be sent to the CCHL Staff for approval.
- Payment is required upon approval. Cashless payments preferred and can be made online through Player’s Bench, at the Co-operator’s Centre Information Desk with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit, cash or cheque to “Regina Exhibition Association Limited”, or over the phone at 306-781-9292.
