This international event connects producers, agri-business professionals, and industry leaders as they prepare for the upcoming growing season.
We welcome international visitors and qualified buyers with services designed to make your experience productive, seamless, and memorable.
The International Business Centre, hosted by Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership (STEP), provides a welcoming and professional space for networking, meetings, and building global connections. Dedicated staff and volunteers are on-site daily to assist in arranging introductions and coordinate meetings with buyers, trade delegations, and exporters.
International Visitors
As an international visitor, you’ll receive a complete business service package, including:

Incoming Buyers Program
Qualified international buyers may be eligible for our Incoming Buyers Program, a hotel funding program designed to help offset some of the expenses associated with travel. After registering as an International Visitor, qualified international buyers will be invited to apply for funding.
To qualify for this funding, participants must:
– Register as an International Visitor
– Be a producer, distributor, equipment dealer, importer, ag industry professional, government official or agency
– Reside outside of Canada
– Have the financial capacity or decision-making ability to purchase
– Attend the show for a minimum of two (2) days
Preference will be given to buyers who:
– Are attending Canada’s Farm Show for the first time
– Hold direct financial capacity or influence to purchase Canadian products and services
– Plan to spend at least two (2) days at the show
Important Details:
– Funding is limited to two (2) people per company
– Submission does not guarantee funding
– Canada’s Farm Show may consult with other agencies to ensure applicants are qualified buyers
