Payment Procedures and Policies
All suite holders are required to have a MasterCard or Visa credit card kept on file.
During an event, suite orders can be paid via credit card, cash or charging to the suite holder’s account. Only authorized signers can charge to the suite holder’s account.
To designate an authorized signer, or if there will be no authorized signers but you would like to authorize someone for one event, please contact us before the event at (306) 781-8256.
Other Information
Designating Suite Administrators
Each suite needs a designated person as the primary contact for the event. This individual is responsible for all ordering and communication with the suite attendant to prevent duplicate orders.
Suite Setup
All suites will be stocked with disposable plates, utensils and drinking cups.
Security and Lost and Found
Please be sure to remove all personal property in suites when leaving the premises. REAL District is not responsible for any misplaced property, articles or equipment left unattended in suites. Please contact (306) 781-9252 for any lost and found concerns.
Liability
REAL District reserves the right to inspect and control all suites. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged accordingly. The suite holder agrees to accept responsibility for any damage done by their group to the suite, prior to, during or following their event. REAL District cannot assume any responsibility for personal property or equipment brought into the suite and event areas.
Suite holders or designated representatives are responsible for controlling the consumption of alcoholic beverages within the suite. By law, minors under the age of 19 and persons who appear visibly intoxicated may not consume alcoholic beverages. REAL District reserves the right to refuse service to any person who appears to be intoxicated. Suite holders may incur liability if they fail to comply.
