Compete in this official Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) sanctioned event on Father’s Day Weekend, from June 17 to 18, 2023.
The Masters Series competition features prizes awarded in the four traditional categories: chicken, ribs, pork, and beef brisket. The Masters Series is for professional chefs, amateurs, and businesses.
While the competitive BBQ competition is closed to the public, Regina Exhibition Association Ltd, invites guests to enjoy additional event entertainment that celebrates everything BBQ on both days. This year’s event will include BBQ food offerings, a beer garden, and entertainment located in Confederation Park.
While competitors are setting up on Saturday, we will host a Burger Battle! It will feature 8 of Regina’s top chefs competing head to head with their signature burger, which will feature a modern twist on a classic. Celebrity judges will rate the burgers on appearance, taste, and creativity.
