QCX Eating Contest

Regina, SK

Join us on Friday, August 4th, at 5:30 p.m. as the Brandt Centre comes alive with thrilling competition and charitable giving!
The Queen City Ex (QCX) presented by SaskTel and the Regina Food Bank are teaming up once again to host a celebrity mini-donut eating competition at this year’s exhibition.
After the tremendous success of last year, where $63,540 was raised, equivalent to 190,000 meals, our goal is to reach an even greater milestone of 200,000 meals this time!
Back in action at the Queen City Ex is none other than the legendary competitive eater, Joey Chestnut.
With unmatched determination, he aims to defend his title from last year and surpass his record of devouring 255 mini donuts in just 8 minutes!
Joey will face off against local celebrities who are eager to challenge him and make a significant impact. Community leaders with a passion for friendly competition and supporting a worthy cause are invited to participate. As these eaters battle it out, they will also contribute financially, putting their money on the line against the world’s greatest eater.
