The FROST Marketplace provides an exceptional opportunity to market your products or services over two weekends in February!
The Viterra International Trade Centre building is the home to GLOW@REAL and we transform the front foyer into a family-friendly indoor marketplace
offering a unique shopping experience. Vendors will showcase a wide variety of merchandise in categories such as:
Our all-inclusive FROST pass includes admission to GLOW and the Marketplace. We expect to welcome thousands of visitors over the 10 days of FROST!

Friday, February 3 - 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday, February 4 & Sunday, February 5 - 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

AND

Friday, February 10 - 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday, February 11 - 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday, February 12 - 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

BOOTH DIMENSIONS AND INFORMATION

PRICING:

10' x 10' Booth - $500 + GST (one weekend) 10' x 10' Booth - $1000 + GST (for both weekends)

EACH BOOTH IS 10' x 10' AND INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Draped 8’ high back drop and 3’ sides walls Edison Lights

 

*Tables & Chairs are not included. Exhibitors can bring their own or have access to Show Time Display, our trade show display services partner
for easy access to booth furniture, carpeting and flooring, material handling, booth labor and more. ORDER SHOW SERVICES HERE.

 

*Electrical and Wi-Fi are not included. Exhibitors can order these services through the REAL District online portal​ if needed.REAL SERVICE REQUEST

EXHIBITOR PARKING
A designated parking area will be provided and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two (2) complimentary parking passes are 
provided per exhibitor and will be provided on move-in day at the Frost show office.

EXHIBITOR ADMISSION PASSES 
Admission passes are required for entrance at all gates and entrances into the building prior to event times. Two (2) admission passes are provided per 10' x 10' booth.
A maximum of 10 complimentary admission passes per company will be provided. Additional admission passes can be purchased at the show office.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS​
All exhibitors must have liability insurance for their booths, which can be purchased through PAL Insurance Brokers if they don't have a separate policy.

Proof of liability insurance must be supplied by February 1, 2023, as per the rules and regulations. Failing to submit proof of insurance 
will result in forfeiting their booth and no refunds will be issued.
